Being able to sit in silence is essential to our lives; especially in the current world where there are so many opportunites for us not to be still and silent. Sitting in silence allows us to realign with our natural, healthy rhythms of peace and stillness.
Join us online for fifteen minutes that is dedicated to you.
If you set the intention to be silent and allow yourself let go. What can happen for you is:

Your mind will become clear.

You may experience releases of things you were holding on to.

You may experience inner knowings and clarity around things you were seeking clarity on.

There is nothing to do in these sessions. You don't even have to turn your camera or speakers on. You can simply allow yourself to be still as I play some calming music and sit in silence with you.
